Group Ride

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride©! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Forever Fit

A great entry-level class. Combines low impact cardio, strenth training and flexibility into one action packed hour.  This class is designed to meet the unique needs of mature adults, but can be enjoyed by everyone!

 
 

Spinning

Great tunes, and no traffic!  This class is geared for everyone.  We'll lead you through hills, valleys, and flats.  Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
